When you have a question, request or problem with VIBENet please enter a ticket using the Thalerus Customer Service System (TCSS).
This system is the fastest, most reliable way to bring an issue to the attention of Thalerus Customer Service. TCSS allows you to track any issue and monitor its progress to resolution.
It provides customer service with the tools to follow up on any single issue internally, enabling communication and follow up to be recorded and saved.
Thalerus also uses your input from TCSS for general enhancements and online help updates.
You will also use TCSS to manage your price plans for wholesaler quarterly updates. Your price plan management menu is "read only" until it is time to update pricing for the quarter.
Thalerus Customer Service will contact you when that time arrives. At that time it is imperative that you update your pricing plans so the appropriate changes are made to your system.
It is important to us that you receive the proper plans for your business.
